Takla Engineering, PLLC was founded in 2018 by brothers Fred and Andy Takla. After training and working with their father, Atef Takla, they continue his legacy of providing practical and effective engineering solutions. Both Fred and Andy are graduates of NC State University and serve the Raleigh–Durham area and surrounding communities.

Our goal is to provide efficient structural engineering services for builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners throughout the Triangle. We focus on clear, easy-to-understand reports, thoughtful designs, and honest consultations.

Our most common services include structural design for new and existing residential structures, shallow subgrade soil evaluations, third-party inspections, foundation repairs, framing modifications, and wall removals.
